Chef Deepak Adhikari started cooking as a hobby and quickly fell in love with the “heat and passion” of the restaurant kitchen. Using fresh, high-quality ingredients, Chef Deepak Adhikari personally works his magic into bringing your menu to life.
Chef Deepak was born and raised in Nepal, overviewing the lap of the Himalayas. His career began after joining a hotel management and training institute in Kathmandu, Nepal. He then began his professional career joining a five-star hotel Hyatt Regency in Kathmandu. Later he joined Le Royal Meridien Hotel in Dubai. During this time, Chef Deepak won a gold medal award from Emirates Culinary Junior Chef Competition and greatly honored.
Chef Deepak later joined the Carnival Cruise. Soon after, he worked in the Bay Area top Indian Restaurants. After that, Chef Deepak worked at Guckemhimer as a traveling executive chef for corporate dining. During his time at Guckenhimer, he worked with high-tech and bio-tech companies such as Gilead Sciences, Intel, Microsoft, Samsung, Palo Alto Research Center Cafe, and more Bay Area top corporate companies.
With all of this experience, today Chef Deepak enjoys using new cooking techniques to prepare modern fusion global cuisine with an emphasis on healthy, fresh and local ingredients.
